These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quartersmart.com and any services provided by QuarterSmart ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
QuarterSmart provides AI-powered employee training systems, including SOP-to-training conversion, custom AI chatbots, performance analytics, hosting, and ongoing management. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written engagement agreement with each client.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
All content on quartersmart.com — including text, graphics, logos, code, and the QuarterSmart name — is owned by QuarterSmart and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission, except for normal browser caching and brief fair-use quotation with attribution.
For paid engagements, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, except for QuarterSmart's underlying tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP, which remain ours.
We use third-party services (Netlify, Google, Calendly, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to operate. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using QuarterSmart systems; results depend on factors specific to your team and operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuarterSmart's total liability arising from your use of the site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (or USD $100 if you have not paid us anything).
You agree to indemnify and hold QuarterSmart harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which QuarterSmart maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
