  2. A review of the software you already pay for, looking for AI features you haven't switched on. This is usually where the fastest wins are.
  3. The three launches or tools most relevant to your business right now, each with a verdict.
  4. A 30-day plan: what to turn on, what to train, what to ignore.
  5. A 30-minute readout call to walk through it.

Day One Setup

One tool, set up properly: a new assistant, a Claude or Gemini workspace feature, or an AI feature inside software you already use.

Switching it on is the easy part.

Connecting it takes a minute. Setting it up for how you work, testing it safely and teaching the team is the rest of the job. That's the part we do.

  • Accounts and permissions set up with the least access the tool needs.
  • Connected to the systems it should touch: email, calendar, docs, CRM.
  • Instructions and settings written for how your business works.
  • Approval rules you set: what it must never send without a person checking.
  • A limited test with 1 to 3 people before anyone else uses it.
  • One live training session for the team.
  • A one-page "how we use this here" guide.

Do we have to become members?
No. Every step works on its own. We usually suggest a Head Start first, then you decide what's next once you have the plan.
How much does it cost?
Signals is free, and so is the 20-minute call. Everything else is scoped to your team and your tools on that call, and confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Why pay for setup if the tool is self-serve?
Switching a tool on is the easy part. We set it up for how your business works, with the least access it needs, test it with a few people first, and train the team. You also keep a one-page guide to how you use it.
What does "day one" mean?
The first day a tool is available to your account. Rollouts are often staggered by plan, region or company size. We prepare before that day so setup can start right away.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Only for the membership. First Quarter has a three-month minimum, then runs month to month. Head Start, Day One Setup and Rollout Sessions are one-time.
What won't you do?
We won't train your team on tools they can't access, run generic "Intro to AI" seminars, or recommend a tool just because it's new.
